It took us over 10 mins to get into the carpark (machine did not issue tickets) and 20 mins to get out due to the tremendous queue. Not sure why someone would build a new carpark with only 1 (!!!) exit. At this carpark you will experience every possible problem from being overcharged due to tickets being read incorrectly, massive queues at the exit between 4:45 and 6.30 pm, receiving no ticket at entry or no receipt etc. Yesterday did top it though, we paid for our ticket at the machine by the lift but because the queue was so long (20 mins!!) at the exit we were asked to pay for another hour by the machine at the exit. Needless to say that we did not do that, so had to call the operator and so did every car in front of us....The response through the intercom is ridiculously slow and instead of trying to manage the situation they put every driver through the same ridiculous process of having to call the intercom due to the wrong charge. We got in the car at 5:07 and there were "only" about 8 cars in front of us, we finally got out at 5:25 pm. Behind us the queue was probably 50 cars long as it was peak hour. Wilson Parking did not send anyone to manage this stuff-up or make sure that people from this carpark get through the intercom quicker or just simply open the gate and let people out! You cannot seriously expect your customers to wait this long to get out of your carpark especially when this was not a special event but an everyday situation. Completely unacceptable!

Cheap parking however very tight and narrow, couldn't go up the bends without having to reverse my car back every time. Theres only one exit making it difficult for cars to exit during peak hours. Theres no way Students can validate their tickets which means if you stayed there the whole day you would have to pay $48. Wilson customer service wasn't of any assistance. Wouldn't park here again.

Confusing NIGHt RATE.....dont trust the sign at the entrance. Not $8 ..... $20 is the correct rate.

it is the horrible experience to park the car there. I was lure by the $8 evening gate service they advertising on the internet. it is very difficult to get in start with. when we pay at the station, instead of $8, they charge $20, and said that they never did the $8 deal, but in the entry of the gate, still have the sign of $8 for evening gate. but however, they still don't want to honor it and ask my to pay in full price and talk to the complaint department.

Good for the price of $12 a day in weekends, and very near to the Powerhouse Museum if it's your kids destination. A little bit narrow inside but quite many slots available when entered around 13:00 on Saturday, and left at 5 PM without any queuing like others have mentioned.
